Standard Maps

NOTE: Printed paper only
These color paper maps are 34" x 40" with the scale set at 1 inch equals 5,000 feet. These maps show the County's outline, major roadways and can show one of the following features or combinations of features:

  • Countywide Base Map
  • Zip Codes
  • Community Analysis Zones
  • Planning Areas
  • Planning Areas w/ Community Analysis Zones
  • Special Protection Areas (SPAs)
  • Policy Areas
  • Policy Areas / Community Analysis Zones
  • 2000 Census Tracts

Price: $10 per map.

Planimetric/Topographic Maps

NOTE: Available in DWG, or DXF digital formats.

Shows all the visible features from a low-flying aircraft. Such features included: forest areas, buildings, streets, bodies of water, etc.

Price: Varies depending on size and format, but a rough estimate is $60 per color paper copy or $180 per tile in digital format. Special prices apply for multiple tiles.

Property Maps

NOTES:

  • Available in DWG, or DXF digital formats.
  • Tile size is 4,000 by 6,000 feet based on the WSSC grid.

Features shown on these maps include:

  • Property boundaries
  • Lot & block numbers
  • Subdivision names
  • Street right-of-way lines
  • Lot & deed parcel boundaries

Price: $90 per tile (special prices apply for multiple tiles).

Mapmaker Maps

NOTES:

  • Custom Map
  • Printed Paper only

These color paper maps are printed in either portrait or landscape with a variety of paper sizes and scales available. Sizes available 8" x 11", 18" x 24", 34" x 40".

A sample of the features that can be mapped include:

  • Natural features
  • Buildings
  • Contours
  • Parks
  • Wetlands
  • Special Areas (i.e. Planning and Policy)

Price: Range from $30 to $60 depending on print size. Orthophotography is also available. Price ranges from $36 to $84. Multiple copies of the same map are available at a discount.
